CANCELLATION POLICY
please understand when you no show/cancel last minute, it takes away my time and time that other potential clients could have booked for. I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment. i completely understand that emergencies happen and i am very understanding but just make sure to please communicate with me and we can figure something out! thank you and i hope to see you soon!
